1. The service

These terms cover the Giftrilo service at giftrilo.com, operated by:

The service is free to use. It provides gift lists, spending caps, reservations, group sign-ups, shared access links and optional AI suggestions. You need a current web browser, an internet connection and JavaScript for interactive features.

2. Lists and access

When public access is enabled, anyone can create lists without an account. Organisers manage their own lists through access stored in their browser. Invited participants can use their access links without creating an account. Use a first name or nickname where possible. Only add information you are entitled to share and tell people when you add them to a list.

A personal link allows its holder to act as that participant. A shared link may allow people to view the list and join it, depending on its settings. Do not publish private links. The organiser can replace links to revoke earlier copies.

3. Gifts and contributions

A reservation records an intention, not a purchase or a binding payment obligation. Group gift sign-ups do not transfer money or confirm that the gift is fully funded. Budgets are maximum spending amounts, not verified shop prices. Buying, delivery, returns and payments are handled separately by the chosen shop.

4. Optional AI

AI suggestions can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Check a product's age suitability, safety information, actual price and availability with the seller. Do not include personal identifiers or sensitive information in AI fields. Suggestions are added only when you choose to add them. AI may be paused or limited; manual list features remain available.

Optional tasks and event dates

An event date is optional. Google Tasks requires your Google authorisation. A task is a one-time copy with a date, not a guaranteed notification or synchronised booking. Set notification times in Google Tasks. Changing a list or reservation does not update or remove tasks already created. Google’s terms apply to its service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content, expose private information, impersonate another person, share malicious links or attempt to bypass access controls. Report problems to office@mondroid.pl. We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements. We will explain our action where lawful and practicable.

6. Ending use and complaints

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact office@mondroid.pl to request removal of your information or a list you manage. Include the list ID and describe the issue, but do not send secret access links. We aim to answer service complaints within 14 days.

7. Availability and responsibility

This service may change or experience interruptions. Keep a separate copy of information you need. We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes and applicable law

We will publish revised terms with an updated date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence where applicable. These terms do not impose an exclusive court that overrides consumer rights.
